During the 1980’s and 1990’s, Tad Sisler performed and produced music in live settings and dozens of recording studios, composed music for film and television and worked with other composers. During that time, Tad realized that there was a huge need and potential in the production music sector of the entertainment and communications industry, particularly in Film and Television music production. From 1997 until 2002, Tad composed music for several television shows and assembled his own state-of-the-art recording facility which has since been upgraded to current industry production standards.
Having researched other production music catalogs, Tad found that although there are huge libraries of music available, much of the industry’s music is outdated and was produced and recorded at old bit-rates and outdated production specifications. Within the last few years, industry demands dictate computer-based and production specifications that are extremely high-tech; a situation which makes previously acceptable music libraries now outdated.
Focused on the goal of providing a huge source of high-quality production music and media content for the film industry as well as for the individual consumer, Tad was determined to make it happen.
